Kentucky State University was founded in 1886 for ambitious African American students. Serving over 2,500 students each year, Kentucky State University's faculty, staff and students embody the most diverse mix in the Commonwealth. Forty percent of our student body is comprised of people of varying ethnicities.

The Kentucky State University Atlanta Alumni  "KYSUAA" chapter is a subsidiary of the Kentucky State University National Alumni Association. We were established to serve and support our National chapter and institution with membership, service, and keeping our rich traditions alive. Our goal is to give back to the communities in which we live, and establish comradery as people from varied backgrounds come together to provide new and innovative ideas.
